Timings for the annual Constitution Day parade and celebration in Cardiff have been confirmed as follows:
2:30 – Gather in front of Wales Millennium Centre – Canolfan Mileniwm Cymru
2:45 – Parade to the Norwegian Church Arts Centre
3:00 – Arrive at the church, welcome, flag raising, national anthem.
Then move inside for speeches and celebration. The Norsk cafe bar will be open.
